FULL EVENT DESIGN

This service is perfect for the busy couple who are managing the process portion of their event or have hired a coordinator but would like us to handle all aspects of the design elements necessary to create a beautiful and cohesive event.

Everything begins with our first design consultation, where we will go over your wishes, dreams, ideas and inspirations.  We get to know your personal styles and stories better at this fun meeting.  All of this information helps us reflect your personal style in our design.  

The design starts with Save the Dates and ends with the cocktail napkins for the late night snack and everything in between.

After the meeting we will provide you with a design budget estimate, a sneak peek of our vision and a timeline for the process. 

Once the overall aesthetic is nailed down we will put in place the very best vendors from our preferred list based on your look and budget.  We manage timelines and budgets of all the “aesthetic vendors” .

A design presentation and prototype meeting will include renderings, and physical samples of florals, linens and other customized details for the day. 

Art direction of every design detail, from save the dates to the welcome bags and everything in between.

On the day of the event an on site design management team will attend to every detail to ensure that this day is more than you ever imagined and that it is styled to perfection.
